Information you provide

Our project and audit forms may ask for your name, email address, website, business name, telephone number and information about your project or audit request. The Comprehensive SEO + AI Audit form may also ask whether Search Console or Analytics data is available. The forms do not ask for account passwords or grant us access to your Google account.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information or other sensitive records through the public forms.

How we use inquiry information

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, prepare an audit or proposal, discuss or perform agreed work, maintain appropriate business correspondence, and protect the website from abuse.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize unrelated promotional messages. We do not sell inquiry information or provide it to other businesses for their own advertising.

Email delivery and service providers

Website inquiries are delivered to SEOTEC by email. The website does not maintain a separate database of form-message contents.

Hosting, email and related service providers, including Google where used for business correspondence, may process or store information as part of normal delivery, storage, security and backup operations. Access to inquiry content is limited to people authorized to handle the request and service providers involved in those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or investigate abuse.

We do not publish a private inquiry as a testimonial or case study without a separate appropriate arrangement.

Technical and security information

Our hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP address, request time, requested resource and delivery or security status. We use this information to operate and protect the website and limit automated or repeated submissions.

Names, email addresses, telephone numbers and message text are not intentionally sent to website Analytics.

Website analytics

SEOTEC uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website activity, including pages viewed, interactions, referral sources, browser and device characteristics, and approximate geographic information.

For visitors in regions where consent is required for analytics storage, the site uses Google Consent Mode. Analytics storage remains disabled until the visitor grants the applicable choice, although Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals while consent is denied. In other regions, basic Google Analytics measurement may begin when a page is visited.

We do not use this Analytics setup for advertising or remarketing, do not enable Google Signals as part of this setup, and do not intentionally send inquiry-form fields to Analytics.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Retention and requests

Inquiry emails are retained as needed to respond to requests, provide follow-up, maintain appropriate business records, and address legal or security matters. Older messages may be deleted when they are no longer needed. Records connected with agreed client work may be retained separately for the relevant business or legal purpose.

You may contact us to ask about information you provided, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify the request, and we respond as required by applicable law.

Security, external sites and changes

We use reasonable access, connection and security measures appropriate to the website and the services involved. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.

Links to external websites are provided for context or convenience. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

We may update this policy when our website or information practices change. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and the effective date identifies the current version.
