The website describes SEOTEC services and provides portfolio material, guides and examples of previous work.

Sending a project inquiry or requesting a Free SEO + AI Audit or Comprehensive SEO + AI Audit does not by itself create a paid engagement, reserve project capacity, authorize work in a private account, take a payment or start a subscription.

Before paid work begins, the parties confirm the applicable scope, deliverables, price, schedule and responsibilities.

Audits and client work

The Free SEO + AI Audit is a focused introductory assessment. It is not a complete audit of every page and does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or AI visibility.

The Comprehensive SEO + AI Audit is a separate paid analysis and action plan. Its scope, price and delivery date are confirmed before work begins. Website implementation, ongoing SEO + AI Optimization and other services require a separate agreed scope.

An accepted proposal or service agreement governs project-specific matters such as revisions, acceptance, intellectual property in deliverables, expenses, cancellation and payment.

Results, examples and guides

Case studies and historical examples describe particular projects and reporting periods. They are not guarantees that another business will receive the same results.

Search engines, AI systems, analytics platforms and client websites can change. Historical screenshots and observations describe what was recorded at the time.

Guides and articles provide general information. Decisions for a particular business or website should take account of its actual circumstances.

Website materials and third-party content

SEOTEC's original text, design and brand materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Client names, logos, screenshots, recommendation letters and other third-party materials remain associated with their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply endorsement by a search engine, software platform or other third party.

External links are provided for context or convenience. We do not control another website's content, availability or practices.

Appropriate use and availability

Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website, or use the forms for unsolicited bulk messages. Do not submit account credentials or sensitive records through the public inquiry forms unless a secure method has been separately agreed.

We may correct errors, maintain the website, restrict abusive use or change available content. We do not promise that every page or feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be limited.

Privacy, updates and contact

The Privacy Policy explains how website information and inquiries are handled. These terms do not create separate permission for newsletters, advertising or unrelated use of contact information.

We may update these website terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes to these website terms do not automatically change an existing client agreement.
