Social Media Launch & Management

A business worth noticing. A presence worth keeping up.

Your social accounts should look and sound connected to the business customers will actually encounter. SEOTEC helps plan and produce that presence: clear profiles, useful posts, recognizable visuals and a practical publishing rhythm. The work can start with an account launch, a cleanup of existing channels or ongoing content management.

We begin with the audience, the material you can realistically provide and what you want people to do next. Being on every platform is not the objective. Having the right presence, with a manageable process behind it, is.

Set up the foundation before filling the calendar

A launch includes more than a profile picture. Account names, descriptions, contact details, links, visual assets and the route back to your website should make sense together. We review what already exists, identify missing or outdated information and establish the approved way to describe your services.

Platform selection follows your audience and the type of content available. Photos of completed work, product details, useful explanations and professional commentary can support different channels. We discuss the fit rather than treating Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or another platform as an automatic checkbox.

Access is arranged through the platform's supported business roles where available. Your organization should retain control of its accounts. Credentials and recovery arrangements are handled separately from the editorial brief and are not placed in a shared content document.

Content grounded in the actual business

The most useful raw material is often already in the business: a completed job, a customer question, a product detail, a process people misunderstand or an example of how your service works. We turn that material into posts with a clear point, appropriate visuals and a natural next step.

The scope can include captions, image selection, simple graphics, adaptations of website material and short edits from supplied photos or footage. A series of job photographs can become a short vertical piece; a detailed article can become several useful posts without copying its introduction five times.

Original filming, on-site photography, paid talent and complex motion production are separate requirements, not assumed inclusions. When an illustration or concept is used, it should not be presented as a photograph of completed client work. The distinction protects both the message and the credibility of the business.

A publishing process you can actually maintain

We agree on the channels, planned cadence, approval contact and material needed from you. The content calendar makes upcoming work visible before it goes live. It can combine recurring themes with timely items, without depending on a last-minute search for something to post.

Draft captions and visuals go through the agreed approval process. Business facts, offers and customer permissions should be settled before scheduling. If a planned post depends on missing material, we flag the dependency rather than manufacturing a testimonial, a job photo or an announcement.

The schedule is part of the agreed scope. There is no default promise to publish daily, cover every network or monitor accounts around the clock. A realistic program is more useful than an impressive calendar that the business cannot support.

Keep the voice recognizable across channels

A social presence should have room for personality. That might mean a direct professional tone, useful observations, a lighter caption or an explanation that is more conversational than the website. It should still be recognizably yours.

We adapt the format and wording to the channel rather than posting an identical block everywhere. The connection with the website also matters: a service post should lead to the relevant service, not an unrelated page, and a campaign should have an appropriate destination.

For clients who also need the website itself improved, social work can connect with our website and editorial services. Those are separate scopes, coordinated around the same business information.

Comments, messages and paid promotion have clear boundaries

Posting content does not automatically include handling every customer conversation. We agree whether comments and messages are monitored, which questions can be answered, and what should be passed directly to your team. Customer-service decisions remain with the business unless a specific response process has been approved.

Paid social campaigns, advertising budgets, influencer partnerships and crisis response require their own scope. They are not hidden inside an organic-content package. No program depends on purchasing followers or manufacturing engagement to make the report look better.

Reporting that leads to a useful next step

Depending on the platforms and access available, reporting can include reach, engagement, link activity, audience changes and the performance of individual posts. We distinguish platform activity from website visits and actual inquiries instead of calling every interaction a lead.

The useful question is what to repeat, improve or stop. Reports should connect observations with editorial decisions, whether that means a more useful explanation, a different visual format or a clearer destination for interested visitors. Specific sales results are only attributed when the available evidence supports them.

Questions about social media work

Does my business need to be on every social platform?

No. We choose channels around your audience, available material and the actions you want people to take. A smaller presence that the business can maintain is preferable to a calendar spread across channels without enough useful content.

Does social media management include paid advertising and customer messages?

Not automatically. Organic publishing, paid campaigns and handling customer conversations are separate responsibilities. We agree which are included, who approves responses and what goes directly to your business. Advertising spend and specialist production are not hidden inside a posting package.

Can you make posts and short videos from photographs we provide?

Yes, the scope can include captions, image selection, simple graphics and short edits using supplied photos or footage. Original filming, on-site photography and complex motion work are separate requirements. The material and production needs are agreed before the publishing schedule is set.

Start with a workable scope

Tell us which accounts exist, what the business offers and what material you have available. We will outline a launch or ongoing program with defined deliverables, an approval process and responsibilities on both sides. Pricing follows the channels, cadence, production needs and agreed management scope.
